Governance & Transparency
In our efforts towards transparency, Parkour Earth publishes a range of official documents.
You can find and download these documents here.
In our efforts to keep improving on our own governance and transparency, as well as how we guide our members, we apply the National Sports Governance Observer Tool - a project introduced by the trail blazers of Play the Game - an organization devoed to promoting democracy, transparency, and freedom of expression in world sport.

AGM Minutes
The Annual General Meeting occurs every 12 months and is required by our Articles of Association.
It is here that Board members are elected, motions are discussed and voted on by member organisations, and the annual report of the year is given by the Chairperson and CEO. Here, the minutes, i.e., a summary of the event are published.
Board Meeting Minutes
Board Meetings occur normally four times a year and are an opportunity for the Board to scrutinise the workings of Parkour Earth, pass policy, and discuss overall strategy.
We aim to begin publishing summaries of Board minutes in the near future.
Strategic Plan
The Parkour Earth Board sets the direction of the company. They do this through Strategic Planning. The Parkour Earth Executive then attempts to implement the plan as set out by interpreting the Strategic Plan.
Annual Reports
The Annual Report is a summary of the previous 12 months of the Organisation’s activity.
The reports include a summary of the key developments in the organisation as well as a report on our finances and conflicts of interest.
Policies
These are official Parkour Earth Policies that have been adopted by the Board and are the guiding documents we use in our decision-making processes.
Governance
These are the founding principles and framework of Parkour Earth. They are occasionally updated by the board and (re)apporved by the members at the AGM.
