Mathew D’Onofrio resigns as Independent Director

As set out in our Memorandum & Articles of Association 17.1.11 – [a person shall cease to be a Director of the Company as soon as;] that person notifies the Chair and/or Chief Executive in writing that the director is resigning from office, and such resignation has taken effect in accordance with its terms.

Mathew submitted his resignation on September 22nd, 2021. Mathew’s letter highlighted that due to his many responsibilities he has been unable to fully commit to the role like he would have hoped, and therefore felt it best to resign and for Parkour Earth to recruit someone else into the Independent Director position.

The Parkour Earth Board and Executive team thanks Mathew for the contributions he was able to make during his term and wishes him well in all his endeavours.

Parkour Earth will announce recruitment for a new Independent Director in due course.
